5. Intellectual Property

Intellectual property rights are protected as follows:

• Platform IP, including challenges, content, and software, remains our property
• User submissions remain user-owned
• Users grant us a limited license to use submissions for assessment, display, and platform improvement
• Users may not copy, modify, or distribute platform content without permission

6. Payments & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance according to the selected billing cycle. Refunds are subject to plan terms and applicable laws. We reserve the right to change pricing with notice to existing subscribers.

7. Enterprise Services

Enterprise services are governed by separate contracts, including Master Service Agreements (MSA) and Statements of Work (SOW). These terms apply to individual users and free-tier accounts.

8. AI Usage Disclaimer

AI-generated outputs, including challenge drafts and feedback suggestions, are advisory and reviewed where applicable. No automated decisions are final without human oversight. We are not liable for AI-generated content accuracy.

9. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations of these terms. Users may terminate their accounts at any time. Upon termination, access to the platform will cease, and data may be deleted according to our data retention policy.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws where the company operates. Any disputes will be resolved through appropriate legal channels in the relevant jurisdiction.
